FinCo needed a secure, mobile-first payments platform that could handle high transaction volumes while integrating with Zambia's existing mobile money infrastructure — all within a tight six-month window.
Our approach
We built a React Native app backed by a Node.js microservices architecture, integrating directly with MTN and Airtel money APIs. Security was designed in from day one: end-to-end encryption, fraud detection, and full audit logging.
The outcome
Launched on time, the platform processed over K2.4M in transactions in its first 90 days. Zero critical incidents. Customer onboarding time dropped by 68%.
